A few things worth knowing before you arrive, so your treatment goes exactly the way it should.
Arrive a little early
Arriving five minutes early gives us time to complete your intake form without eating into your treatment.
Before your treatment
Waxing, facials and spray tans each need a little preparation, and it differs by treatment. Tell us what you are booking and we will make sure you know exactly what to do beforehand. If you use retinoids, have had a recent treatment, or take any medication, mention it when you book so we can advise you properly.
Deposits & cancellations
A $50 deposit books your appointment and comes off your total on the day. Move or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice and it comes straight back to you. Inside 48 hours — including cancelling on the day, or not arriving — the deposit is kept, as the time was held for you.

Written aftercare instructions for your treatment are given to you at your appointment, so you leave knowing exactly what to do next.

She can have her own mini service while you are in your treatment — mini manicures, glam makeup, hairstyles and more.
